Terms of Service

The service is provided by Kamil Kaletka, sole proprietorship registered in Poland, Kasina Wielka 359, 34-741 Kasina Wielka, Polska, NIP 7372238865, REGON 525172542, e-mail: [email protected].

All matters relating to the service, including complaints and withdrawal from the contract, should be directed to the e-mail address above.

HuntMaster is a Discord bot with a web dashboard for organising team hunts in Tibia: slot management, reminders, archive and statistics, along with calculators and game data browsers.

The service is supplied electronically, without a tangible medium.

A free plan and a paid plan are available; the current price is shown on the pricing page. Prices are gross and include VAT where applicable.

The subscription is billed monthly and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in the dashboard; access remains active until the end of the paid period.

Card payments are handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. We do not store card details.

New servers may use the free trial described on the pricing page. The trial requires no payment and does not convert into a paid subscription without a separate action by the user.

Consumers, and natural persons entering into a contract directly related to their business activity where the contract is not of a professional nature for them, may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving a reason.

To withdraw, send a statement to the provider e-mail address. Refunds are issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days, using the same payment method.

Supply of the service before the withdrawal period expires takes place only at your express request. You are informed that in such a case the right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully performed, and where performance is partial you must pay for what was supplied up to the moment of withdrawal.

Complaints about the service can be submitted to the provider e-mail address and should describe the problem and the Discord server ID concerned.

Complaints are answered within 14 days of receipt.

You agree not to breach the Discord platform rules or the Tibia game rules, not to attempt unauthorised access, and not to load the service in a way that threatens its stability.

Access may be suspended in the event of a serious breach of the above, with the reason communicated.

The service is provided with due care. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed; maintenance and outages at third parties (Discord, game data providers) may temporarily affect operation.

Liability towards businesses is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the event. This limitation does not apply to consumers or to intentional damage.

HuntMaster is an independent fan project, not affiliated with or endorsed by CipSoft GmbH, the creator of Tibia.

Consumers may use out-of-court complaint and redress mechanisms, including the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

These terms may change for valid reasons, in particular changes in law or in the scope of the service. Paid users are notified of material changes at least 14 days in advance, and changes do not apply retroactively.

Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
