Discord identifiers (user, guild, channels and roles), server configuration, command and hunt event metadata, in-game character names you provide, subscription state, and payment identifiers issued by Stripe.

Technical logs including IP address, timestamp and request type, needed for security and diagnostics.

We do not process the content of private messages or card details.

Providing the service and handling subscriptions — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).

Security, error diagnostics and abuse prevention — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

Tax and accounting obligations — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation).

Optional cookies and analytics — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), only after it is given and withdrawable at any time.

Discord Inc. (USA) — the platform the bot runs on.

Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland) — payment processing.

Contabo GmbH (Germany) — server and database hosting.

Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — network layer and abuse protection.

Data may also be shared with accounting providers and with public authorities where required by law.

Using Discord and Cloudflare involves transfers to the United States. These rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or on an adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework), depending on the provider.

Configuration and hunt data — for as long as the Discord server uses the service, and up to 90 days after the bot is removed, so configuration can be restored after accidental removal.

Billing records — 5 years from the end of the tax year, as required by tax law.

Technical logs — up to 30 days.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

You may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

Providing data is voluntary but necessary to use the service. We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects.
